Do I need to switch accounting software? +

No. We work inside whatever you are already using, QuickBooks Online or Xero. You keep your existing account. We just get read access to categorize and reconcile your transactions. Nothing moves, nothing changes on your end.

My books are a mess right now. Is that a problem? +

No, that is exactly what we fix. Messy books are the most common starting point. We do a cleanup pass in your first month so everything is current before we start the regular monthly cycle. Most clients see clean books for the first time in the first report.

How do you handle tip income and booth rentals? +

We built the chart of accounts specifically for spa and salon businesses. Tip income, booth rental revenue, 1099 contractor payments, retail product costs, and treatment-specific expenses are all categorized correctly from day one. A general bookkeeper has to figure that out; we already know it.

What does "first month free" actually mean? +
